KBS is a private independent school established in 1998. The school was founded to offer quality bilingual values based education to students in Al Jahra community and surrounding areas .

The school presently offers a comprehensive academic program and is fully licensed by the Ministry of Education for Nursery, KG, Primary and Intermediate stages up to Grade 8.
